My shipment data looks incorrect. How do I fix it?

If you notice incorrect shipment information:

  1. Double-check your input data: Verify container numbers, BOL/MAWB numbers, and carrier information are accurate

  2. Allow time for updates: Tracking data refreshes hourly, but some carriers can take longer to post updates. If it has been more that 4 hours and the data still looks incorrect, please reach out using the details below.

  3. Check carrier compatibility: Ensure your carrier is among Beacon's 160+ supported ocean carriers and 150+ airlines.

For persistent issues:

  • Use the chat box in the bottom right corner for immediate help

  • Email support@beacon.co.uk with specific shipment details

  • Include container/AWB numbers and expected vs. actual information
