While some carriers return data instantly, others can take a bit longer to process and update tracking information.
If your shipment has been in processing for more than 8 hours, there may be other issues. This could be due to incomplete or invalid shipment data. Double-check that the container details, such as container number, BOL/MAWB or carrier (for Starter plan users) are accurate.
