How often is our data updated?

Our system checks for updates with our data providers every 5 minutes. This ensures you have access to the most current data possible.

  • To see the last update check, simply look at the freshness chip located in the top-right corner of a cargo card.


Additionally, if you want to know the last time a specific milestone was updated by the carrier:

  • Hover over the port on the timeline, and you’ll see the most recent update information.

Note: For some carriers, there may be a delay between an ETA update appearing on the carrier’s website and that information being shared with our data provider. This delay is uncommon but can take up to 8 hours to reflect in the platform.
